I hope you had a fabulous Mother’s Day on Sunday. The hubs gave me control of the remote on Sunday AND did the laundry. Trust me, I’m still swooning. We watched Princess Bride (thank you BBC America) and Sweet Home Alabama with Reese Witherspoon, Josh Lucas, and Patrick Dempsey. It got me thinking about the number of movies that Patrick Dempsey DIDN’T get the gal. So for the rest of May, I’ll be presenting movies/heroes who lost out to Patrick Dempsey – which, let’s face it, is a pretty ManCandy himself.
I’m still SERIOUSLY bummed that Mysteries of Laura was cancelled because I love both Josh Lucas and Debra Messing!
Still, if Patrick Dempsey were to lose to a guy, I really believe his character was okay with losing.
