As an author, I LOVE to read. Personally I am counting down the days until Tied With Me, by Kristen Proby is released. Eleven more days… Until then I am enjoying a fun compilation of stories in the book Here We Go Again, with a wonderful historical romance by Leigh Michaels. I have promised myself after I finish editing today I may read the next story in the anthology. I have also read the first in a series by Kerrigan Byrne, Unspoken, and I’m very much looking forward to reading the next two in the series Unwilling and Unwanted. Phew, she knows how to write her hot and spicy men. I look forward to the plane flight this Spring Break knowing I have so much to read and so little time.
I am currently working on a new book, The New Boris (not quite sure that this will end up being the final title) about a young woman whose father disappears. She’s not sure if he left because he owes money all over town, including to some scary Russians or if he’s dead. An unlikely romance sparks between the new boss (hence the new “Boris), of the Russian mafia and Lucky O’Rourke. What would you do if you fell hard in love with a man who while always a gentleman with you, was capable of being very, very, bad?
